Hey you

I’m Jenn (they/them), a queer, nonbinary, therapist who loves a good hot drink, a cozy book, and belly laugh.

I support individuals navigating grief and loss, queer and trans folks seeking affirming care, and anyone moving through life transitions. Whether you’re navigating a terminal diagnosis, a loss, a change in relationships, or exploring your identity, I’m here.

You deserve care that makes room for all of you. My practice is rooted in the belief that you’re the expert of your life. Together, we help you move through whatever life is throwing your way.

Currently accepting self‑pay clients, supervision, and school partnership inquiries.

Gloom & Bloom Values

Community

We believe in the power of collective care and being witnessed by others who get it. Our work together centers connection. You don’t have to carry everything alone.

Accessibility

Care should be reachable. It shouldn’t be out of touch or gatekept. We’re committed to making support as accessible as possible through transparent pricing, flexible offerings, and affirming care that honors your lived experience. You deserve care that feels within reach and rooted in dignity.

Fullness

We want you to bring your whole self here. We don’t ask you to edit, shrink, or hide. Every part of you is welcome and worthy of care. We meet your fullness with curiosity, trusting that the work begins when you’re allowed to be all of who you are.

Here is a list of death doula services and their rates.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum (United Health Care).

Insurance can be used for individual therapy and some death doula services. It cannot be used for individual and group supervision.

What can I expect during a therapy session?

The flow of therapy sessions typically look like processing anything that is "on top". Clients will typically use the beginning of session to talk through things that happened between sessions.

After that, we'll work on the goals that we set. Even if you don't have anything "on top", we'll always work towards your therapy goals.

You can expect to laugh, cry, talk, sit in silence, curse, throw some socks, or let out a scream. Our sessions shape shift to accommodate what you need in the moment.
